Dear friends,
Nice to see you all again. I know many - but
also many are new to, so I`ll give you a short introduction.
I`m Sonia Nielsen from Denmark. 60 years old and
dx PD 5 1/2 year ago, first sympthomes about 11 years ago (one year after my
husband died) - but still going strong (some days more than other) THAT`S THE
LIFE.
I got married 24. november last year :-) and I`m
happy.
My PD have increased very slowly and I have
tried some few of the news drugs. I always tell you NEVER GIVE UP - but in this
case I had to stop to surveyve.
I`m in good hands here in
Aarhus with some very fine neurologist, and it`s in Aarhus Deep brain
el-stimulatio takes place - with some fantastic results.
My life is rich, even I have this disese, because of my
husband, son, duaghter in law and my cute grandchild Daniel, he is now 1
1/2 year old :-)) and I love him.
My husband and I will vivist Maryland in the month of March,
and we`ll stay in Boston for a week visiting a very dear friend, and we hope so
much also to meet Ivan and maybe other dear friends.
This LIST have given me so much, and I`m
greatful I have meet people like you, but as you all know there will always be
some whom I`m more close to - thats not needed to mention name.
