 HI Virginia
Thanks for the info.
Looking at societies with a low rate of PD in chinease stand out so
Ilooked at their diet . THey eat a lot of root ginger So I tried
including signifacant amounts of this in my diet . THe most obvious
benefit is the disappearance of foot cramps . Hot spicy stuff has a
benefit to PD, I believe . I was interested to note that you said
that it took time to act . It is precisely this that made me cautious
about posting this result as immediate results are more easily pinned
down to a cause . This needs further investigation . Has any else
noticed anything with hot spice ?
