Can't help much, I'm several yrs behind you. I just turned 40, and have had 2 ortho, 1 invasive surgeries on rt knee, and 2 invasive, 1 ortho on rt shoulder. Now I need to get my left knee worked on. My otho said he would like to replace the rt knee, but want's to wait because with my lifestyle (work to raise and train quarterhorses and feed kids), I would have to have it replaced every 10 yrs or so. Let me know how things go, friends tell me it's not much fun, but a 70 yr old friend was up and walking his pastures within 2 weeks. bob [log in to unmask]
