Hi Barb, you're right, Dragon NaturallySpeaking is a great program for
Parkinson folks.  I have been using it about a year and have upgraded To
Dragon Natually Speaking Preferred.
I find the keyboard activity not to attractive due to shaking right hand.
The only negative that I can think of is that in programs other than Dragon
NaturallySpeaking the efficiency is not too great.  But then again other
programs are usable since I got the "Preferred" version.  I think it is it
is an especially good program for PWP being there is voice training in the
program.  No I am not a salesman just a user.  Good luck,
