Hello Walter:

You are the first person that I have come across that may have similar
symptoms that my mother has. Do you know if it is possible to have dystonia
in the head? Obviously, there are muscles along the skull but my mother's
most awful pain is in the head with rigidity along her neck. She does
notice that Xanax provides better days. But she only takes Xanax on rare
occasions because she is afraid that her body will become accustomed to it
and then there would be no other medication that could alleviate her
symptoms like the Xanax. May I ask what symptoms you are experiencing? How
much Sinemet are you taking? We did not know that both too much and too
little could produce painful dystonias. If you don't mind answering my
questions and would prefer to answer them in private, my e-mail address is

Thank you so much.
