My father tells me that at about 3:00 a.m. every morning, my mother Joyce (69) either screams, laughs, gets extremely agitated, etc. It is alarming -- very loud. Does this sound familiar (perhaps this is a question for caregivers)? Is it the medication? (My mother is on Sinemet, Requip, Artane, and sometimes Efforex -- last dose around 7:00 p.m.). Thanks.
