DAMN THAT WAS THE WORST TIME IN MY LIFE. My meds were working....I had no off's except this and my other symptoms were completely under control. We conferred in great detail with my neuro and came to the first step conclusion that the only chance to "fix" this was a pallidotomy..... (yes, this was a very radical step) We went to see the surgeon and his neuro partner. After various tests and reading the first hand witness report of our NY neuro I was told that although there was no guarantees "it probably would work" I choose a left pallid because my right side was so much worse. bottom line I had a spasm on the op table After the op I have never experienced another cramp on either side Im not suggesting this procedure except as food for thought.....
