Thalamic Stimulation Effective For Parkinsonian And Essential Tremor WESTPORT, Mar 16 (Reuters Health) - Chronic thalamic stimulation is an effective and relatively safe treatment for parkinsonian and essential tremor, according to the results of a European study published in the March issue of the Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry.
