URGENT Phenergan is a Phenothiazine drug which blocks dopamine and shouldn't be used in PD patients. DO NOT TAKE ANY MORE UNTIL YOU HAVE SPOKEN WITH YOUR NEUROLOGIST. If it was a neurologist that prescribed it then unless there are factors I don't know about., if I were in your shoes I would find another neurologist.
