Hi Karen, Welcome. There are more and more of us Young Ones out there. Funny, we consider ourselves 'old' when we are in our 40's but in PD that is very young! Your daughter needs to understand what the effects of PD are. I made the mistake of not involving my boys too much...just didn't talk about it. It needs to be a family affair. Don't neglect the support group. I did the same thing...I didn't want to see how I was going to be in my elder years whenever I looked at the members. They need you and you need them. I missed alot of good knowledge those first years because I felt I didn't fit in. In time, more younger ones will join and you can be a help to them.
