Thanks for all the good advice - it's got to be good since it agrees with what I wanted to do. My neuro is the movement disorder specialist in a large university medical school in Houston, Tx. >From what I gathered, he feels that since my symptoms are so (dramatic, unusual, weird, one-sided etc)different, the surgery might relieve some of the problems. Also, it's taking fairly high doses of Sinemet to remain as normal as I ever was. However, I felt that as long as the meds were working, let's stay with them. Thanks to all for your advice
