Kathy, Constipation has been a problem to me it seems most of my life! Not just my Parkinsons! However, just recently in the last few months, I discovered bran flakes! I was never much of a cereal eater and had turned up my nose at bran flakes in particular.So far it seems to work very well to have my Bran flakes and 3 to 5 dried prunes(juice doesn't do) for breakfast. If I fail to have them, I will likely have trouble. What works for me may not do for others, but at least it something not easy to try. Ruth Clark
