page, which, if you haven't bookmarked it, is

If you haven't access to the Web and would like to read it, you can
write either Tania or me and get it via email. I can send it as a
MSWord, WordPerfect, or ascii file (though you'll lose some
formatting with ascii, it would still be readable). I think Tania
can only send it as an MSWord attachment.
