The Department wishes to appoint a person who will complement its existing strengths, and is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to Film Studies. Secondary interests in Eighteenth and/or Nineteenth Century Studies, or in Rhetoric and Composition, would be advantageous. A doctorate and indications of research achievement and potential are required. Rank and salary commensurate with experience, and subject to the University's Collective Agreement. Current base salary (under negotiation) for Assistant and Associate ranks are $43,255 and $53,757 respectively.
