My mother Joyce (69) told me that one of her support group members had something done to make her makeup permanent -- I think it was tattooing. It would save my mother so much time in the mornings if she didn't have to deal with makeup. Does anyone know about this? Or recommend anyone in the NY area? Thanks. Debbie White [log in to unmask]
