Bruce.
If her employer was going to support her claim I think they would have sat down
and talked with her about her options. It  probably would not do any harm to try
but my instincts (right or wrong  )  set off a lot of flashing lights on this
one But I hope I am wrong..  Also it appears that she may not be disabled enough
to qualify.
