Hi Jane I'm in the same boat with you about the metallic salty aftertaste. I have it too and my dr is trying to find out why...but no luck yet. I've had it for 2/3 months now, I don't (can't) eat 'cause food tastes yucky..have lost about 25/30 lbs in last few weeks. If you find out what's causing it, please let me know. I'll do likewise.
