I, too, use dramamine when I fly. Of course, it doees make me sleepy but it doesn't conflict with my other meds according to my pharamacist. I'm not sure how longer term use ie on a cruise ship might work as pharamacist said it was OK for the small amt I'd use to fly roundtrip from KC, MO to NYC.
