Hi Barb,
     You are so right. I plan to get the book. Thanks for telling about it.
I have been off the Sinemet for about five weeks now am doing fine. I am
just a little under pressure for a dear friend is ding. She is 83 and a very
special person to me. I am there for the family making meals and taking care
of the small things so they have more time with her. My balance is off keep
falling the old legs don't like this so am on some Sinemet only half of a
table of 10/100 only when I need it. I feel it will not do me any harm.
