Dear Bob
I have experience of GLUCOSAMINE alone or mixed with CHONDRONITIN, with excellent results on articulations pains and bone problems ( and i live in
a beach, near the sea and humid in winter); even with the only Glucosamine, that here in Portugal is much less expensive than the mixed complex, I have
good results.
