My husband, 3 years after diagnosis, takes Sinemet CR, 150/600 per day. Permax is his agonist, 0.45 per day. In addition, 20mg Prozac per day, in the am, 1 1/2 (2mg tab) Akineton, and 1 5mg tablet of Altace per day. He has always been a sedentary person, and anything but demonstrative, so family members barely notice that he moves less and with greater effort. Does a more physically active person have need for a much larger dose, more often? MR >
