Hi Janice and Claire

Just read your messages about canes as conversation pieces and friendly
conversation exchanges with strangers. I had to give up my cane and go
to what they call a Mobilator. It has 4 wheels, locking hand brakes, 2
baskets(for shopping--it's amazing how much stuff I can get in them) and
a seat so can sit down and rest awhile (I'm a label reader so this sure
helps). It also folds so fits in trunk of car and is also lightweight.
You would be amazed at how many people stop me and ask about it,,why I'm
using it, where could they get one for their relatives or friends. They
really are interested. At first I was really timid about going out in
public but not anymore.
It's great, sure fills the bill for me (my granddaughter thinks it great
to go for a ride with granny).
