i was guessing DOA - some pretty great people in a very stressful industry, i'll bet texas agents are the same! my last "out of the house" job was with FEMA, which i dearly loved, but one nite about 4 driving back to Fargo from the floods up in Grand Forks i fell asleep in my rented hundai. fortunately there is nothing to hit in ND so all was ok. overcompensating can do little good. not too long i hope. bba
