Hilary, I spoke to Ivan the other night when this began. I wish I had some answers for him. I had such a wonderful conversation with him and plan to call again when he is feeling better. Please keep me apprised of his progress. Perhaps the hospital might be the answer. they would certainly know what to do (I hope). I will keep him in my thoughts.
