Robin - Welcome to the list. Your mother's story sounds very familiar, as you'll see once you've been on the list for awhile. You'll find lots of help and support here. I hope you'll be able to print out some of the more helpful letters and share them with your mum. If you ever need to know about a particular subject, you can always ask and listmembers will respond.
