Our computer is on all day so that is used to "ring the bell" at the end of
the school periods and also to tell me when to take my meds.  We use a
freeware programme callled "Alarm Simple" that sits in the tray and can ring
1440 alarms per day - one for every minute!  This doesn't help when
travelling or am out of the house so I also set my watch alarm to the next
dosage time
after each alarm.  I hope this helps.
