I dont know if Redding is near Sunnyvale California but I would recommend going to the Parkinsons Institute to see Dr. Langston or Dr. Tetrud. The institute is at 1170 Morse Avenue in Sunnyvale. ( check the street address) I had been there 2 years ago for a consult and would recommend them highly.
