I agree with this report. I was taking sinemet cr and i was able to discontinue when i started taking mirapex. have been on mirapex for well over a year and still do not use sinemet cr. I had been on sinemet for 7 years. take 1mg of mirapex 3x/day. the caveat to the success i have had is that i was on a low dosage of sinemet. i am also taking eldepyrl and amantadine. I work in concert with my neurologist. he let's me try varius dosages of my medications within established parameters. it works for me. murph 56/8
