Dr. Zunin: My husband had trouble with heartburn even before PD and ate Tums
regularly. The PD meds made the situation worse and for some years he
suffered
trying many over-counter remedies - finally was steered toward Gaviscon
-amazingly
great relief for his situation - he now uses extra strength tabs but not very
frequently
anymore - somtimes during the night.....
