Barb, I read the post too quickly and mis-attributed it to you. That was easy though since it showed such good judgment and thought it could easily have been written by you.. Assuming that the letter was actually written by a National PD leader my only fear is that it may be misinterpreted. But it is worth a try. If someone is willing to take such an initiative I think that it is absolutely imperative that the idea (rather than the individual or the organization) be given as much grass root support as possible.
