Bunny - Yes, your faintness is probably due to either your PD or your med, requip. It goes with the territory, I'm finding out. When there is a drop of 25/10 mm or more from lying to standing, it is considered orthostatic hypotension. But you need not have that big of a drop to feel as you do. I'd suggest that you make sure you drink your 8 glasses of water and increase your salt intake. This should help . Linda
