The news item reports the results of a study which shows that "rapid conversion is safer than slow titration in patients with advanced Parkinson's disease." The study included two groups in which conversion of pergolide to pramipexole, and bromocriptine to pramipexole, were studied. were studied using PDURS scores. I had not yet read Judith's posting when I posted my "Titration". Yours in haste to correct any possible misconception, [log in to unmask] (MaryManfredi)
