 I would like to refer you to Judith Richard's posting "Rapid titration of
 agonists safe."
 The news item  reports the results of a study which shows that
  "rapid  conversion is safer than slow titration in patients with  advanced
Parkinson's disease."
    The study included two groups in which conversion of pergolide to
pramipexole,
and bromocriptine to pramipexole,were studied. were studied using PDURS
scores.
 I had not yet read Judith's posting when I posted my "Titration".
