this is in responce to jennifer smith: i also have had the pupils of my eyes dilate to different sizes. it isn't all the time and pd-(msa) is more prominant on my right side and that eye dilates less than the left side. also, when i am tired i can't keep my right eye open. so far i do not have double vision.
