Just sign me lizard skin gina cass 48/37/2yrs I think don't know if this will help but I also had very dry skin;went to dermatologist and he told me to use these two products: Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion for dry, sensitive skin (its the one with green label, the blue label is for normal skin--don't get it) Dove Body Wash or Soap for Sensitive skin (be sure to get the one marked sensitive skin) they've sure helped, at least for me.
