Ivan: You or your family need to contact this medicaid bureaucrat's supervisor and continute to go on up the line until you receive some satisfaction. Also, contact your United States representative and senators as soon as possible. Further, contact your local legal aid office and the ACLU if necessary. The more contacts you make--even if they can't help you--the better your chance of finding someone who can. Good luck. Beth
