Why should you be given a schedule that produces "off" periods? This makes no sense to me. Also, I don't understand why the 4:00 p.m. does nothing. What is the strength of the regular dose? What do you take it with? If your puzzling ration of pills was all I had to work with until my next physician appointment (and I would make sure it was with someone who understands PD and PD meds), then, given my own med requirements, I might try something like this as a baseline schedule and proceed from there to fine tune, recording doses, times and results in a log as tuning progressed: 6:30 a.m. Two-thirds of a regular (assuming strength is 25/100) 8:00 CR noon Two-thirds of a regular 1:00 p.m. CR 4:30 1 whole a regular 7:00 Two-thirds of a regular Roughly speaking, compared to regular Sinemet, it takes a CR about twice as long to kick in, and the CR lasts about twice as long.
