My first symptoms were itchy scalp (some PWPs secrete too much skin oil) and a forward-stooped posture. But most people who scratch their heads and don't stand up straight also don't develop PD. So I can't regret that I didn't recognize the signs. Perhaps someone will develop an inexpensive test for PD while it is pre-symptomatic. Such a test, in conjunction with future drugs which will arrest or greatly slow the progress of the disease, would be as good as a cure in my opinion.
