listfriends -- This is just to confirm Judith Richards' posting that ABC-TV's 20-20 show is scheduled to air a segment tonight (Monday) that will include discussion of neural transplant surgey for Parkinson's. Be aware that the focus is likely to be less on Parkinson's per se and more on the ethics involved in the so-called "sham surgery" that is done in a double-blind study (where one-half of the subjects receive the neural tissue and the other half just get the surgery without the tissue).
