I don't know when it will be available in the U.S. I was on one of the drug trials for Entacapone. It caused in me and someone else I've met, a lot of involantry movements, I also pulled a muscle on Entacpone, but I have met one man who was on the same drug trial as I was on and he's doing great with it.
