I agree with Barbara. You need to experiment. I'm in the process of mixing CR and regular simemet and Tasmar to try and get a little on time in the AM. So far, no luck. My short on time usually hits in the afternoon when I have to nap. Maybe some day I will hit a combination that works. My Dr. has given me complete freedom, which really helps.
