For this list we thank Barb Patterson. > Yes... I was acknowledging your pointer...I'm still new here. These folks do deserve credit--lots of credit. Insert Cyber Cheer here!!! :(:) Yesterday, our local Parkinson support group met. We had the local hospital pharmacist talk on PD drugs. He was up on things--and for summary handout drug information he used printed pages from http://www.parkinson.org/ Another new person in our group uses e-mail and we exchanged addresses so I will send her info on the listserve newsgroup and a bunch of links. It has not been long since I have was diagnosed...but, thanks to you all, I have been able to have intelligent interactions with my neurologist and family members. Also, it has helped me put PD in perspective and helped me come out in the open and receive support from friends. And, Judith (and others) ...thanks for rounding up news items of PD interest... I'm sure it takes consistent effort each day to search the net. > > We may not always agree with each other, (and at times get downright > ornery about it), :) but we always care about each other. > Judith > -- > Judith Richards, London, Ontario, Canada > <[log in to unmask]> > ^^^ > \ / > \ | / Today’s Research > \\ | // ...Tomorrow’s Cure > \ | / > \|/ > ``````` -- ............................................................................................
