I've bin clickin' 'n snappin' fer years.... maybe 20 by now.... I'm
about your age and I have some pain in my PD shoulder as well.
My advice to you is to seek out a good physiotherapist to set you up
in  routine of stretching and exercising.  You might also try yoga or
Tai Chi, I have no first hand knowledge of these 2, but they are
touted as good therapy and the gentle stretch - mild exercise over
the whole range of motion seems to be what we need.  Whatever you do,
ease into it.  Gung  ho and then hurt yerself is not the way.

Is clickin' 'n snappin' PD?  I doubt it.  Is it cause for concern?
Probably not, but check with the Dr.
