Charles,
You will never know how happy I am for you. I guess I can start breathing
in and  out again.  I have been holding my breath until the other shoe hit
the floor and it sounds like it is off and running.  While you improve I
predict that you will feel better each day until there will be days that
you actually forget you have Parkinson's. I wish you well!
