Yes, I too have this problem. I feel tightness in my chest and around my heart. I remember Camilla saying something about the cardiac area being affected. I have mentioned it to my neurologist and he never says anything about it. My neurosurgeon says the muscles 'inside' are affected as well as outer muscles like arms/legs etc. Stands to reason.
