Jennifer:  I sympathize with your  PMS struggles.  I know many who have had
amazing success by taking calcium supplements (at leat 1200 mg /day).  Also
vitamins, &  light daily exercise, especially breathing and stretching the
muscles.  Also, you may find certain foods are contributing to the PMS.
