Phooey! Sending out the petitions by the list was such a good idea--but it won't work. It's being rejected because it's 509 lines-- This is after I've spent 2 1/2 hours trying to scan it in and then retyped and re-formatted it myself so I could share it with ya'll. I'll try to fix it in the latter part of this morning. Sorry.
