I have seen a pen like this advertised in "Dr. Lenard's Healthcare
Catalog"  They call it a ring pen for $9.99 refill2/$3.99.  I have had both
good and not so good results when ordering their products.  But you may want
to call the 800-785-0880 number ( taken from my latest issue )
