Jane, I wish I was a lawyer, and could fight for your right to have everything covered by insurance. In my opinion, you have been cheated out of what is rightfully yours. Have you (or anyone on the list) every watched the TV show "The Awful Truth"? Michael Moore, goes after companies and agencies that do things that are really horrible. On one show he went to a hospital that was planning to let patients do menial labor to pay for treatment. He set up a tent across the street with doctors and nurses, to mock what the real hospital had planned to do. He had people doing all kinds of tasks so they would get "free treatment" in his tent hospital. Of course the real hospital execs asked him to leave and take the tent down. Another show he had folks who had lost their voice boxes to smoking, singing Christmas carols in the lobby of a tobacco company. He is corporate America's worst nightmare, but a dream come true for the "real people"! His show is on Bravo, on the East Coast at 9PM Sundays. I recommend it highly. He might be the guy to get involved with Parkinson's patients who are not getting "approved" to get treatment from HMO's or Medicare, etc. I think he has a Website, but I am not sure........I will do a search.
