I am not familiar with the change in the law, as I don't take our local politicians seriously, with few exceptions. They seem to be more concerned about gambling ships at sea, than a few gunfights in the cities! I am still happy living here, I just duck whenever a car backfires, or I hear anything that sounds like gunfire! Good luck in your search, Bruce. Ken
