Jane,

And- you will never know how happy I am for you having this wonderful procedure for
the last 3 year and how greatful I am to you for pioneering this work.  The hell with
the insurance company.  They should pay for it especially after you paid for the first
one and don't stop until you get satisfaction from them .  This is too good to hold
back and the FDA needs to know about it.  Then the insurance companies will have to do
something about it.
